Bullet Journaling: keeping track of my mental health

I'm new to this whole bullet journaling thing, but I have to say, despite being pretty much useless when it comes to drawing and doodling and just anything realting to creating on paper, this bullet journaling thing is working pretty well for me. My anxiety has always come and gone in waves when I least except it, but I'm particularly prone to it when I'm either stressed or restless. In other words, hard to control and difficult to know when it might appear.

I tend to keep my journal really simple and list based, which means ticking off things I have done is my jam. I also try to keep my lists free of pressure, so in case shit don't get done it's not the end of the world, which it shouldn't be anyway. So far it's been going really well even though there's been a few weeks now where the things I have planned don't get done because other things keep getting in the way and taking up my time instead. And that at the end of the day isn't the worst thing to happen, I've after all had some fun and eventful weeks because of it.

I try and take some time on Sundays to plan my week ahead and make up lists of things that should get done during the week ahead. I also have an over reaching 1 month list on things that should get done over 4 weeks and so far I've been keeping on track with it. Ticking things off is just too much fun which is one of the biggest motivators to get it done, that and you know actually doing the things you've said you would do.

Anyone else doing bullet journaling as well?
